Good evening fit fam. Chest and triceps today for my Friday "closing arguments" lunch escape. Strength and isolation. Did 5 sets of Hammer Strength incline leverage press, 5 sets of Hammer Strength decline leverage press, 5 sets of cable iron crosses, 5 sets of cable crossovers, 5 sets of pec flies on the pec deck (the one where you squeeze with your forearms), 5 sets of overhead triceps rope extensions (low and leaning forward) and 5 sets of V-bar triceps push-downs. Happy (non-record) numbers for today were: 250 lbs X 10 on the Hammer Strength inclines and declines, 125 lbs X 10 on the cable iron crosses and 140 lbs x 10 on the crossovers. Very happy with 5 out of 6 workouts this week! Active rest day tomorrow but I'll be checking in. Have a great night and weekend everyone! Bob
