Happy FlexFriday!!! One of my favorite thoughts is one I shared on IG and that is Day By Day We get Better and Better. We don’t get exponentially better on our fitness journey because of one workout. We don’t get exponentially better anywhere in our lives because of one single day or one single action it’s doing the necessary things everyday. Today’s workout was a brutal 25 minutes of HIIT on the elliptical and then an even more brutal full body workout. That one felt good. I worked midnights in my former career for about 13 years. As I was driving to work today with the top down i thought about how happy sun makes me and then looked at my day lillies which remind me of the sun.
