Back, shoulders,calves and HIIT! I had planned an hour long workout but about 35 minutes into it my blood sugar had other ideas. I'm heading to work today. One of my team called in sick and I'm going to go and fill in for a few hours. I hope those of you here who are in the u.s. have a great Thanksgiving. I will check in tomorrow. Here is my thought for the day: Never keep anyone in your life that makes you feel insecure or doubt your greatness
