So far so good this week with the diet. Did have a little cheat yesterday, but also kept in reigned in and didn't binge eat like i normally do. Hoping to keep it going through the weekend. It's going to be hard this weekend as I am traveling.

Gm guys, 4 am legs & abs, light weight, minimum rest: stretching, 60 crunches, 5x12 leg ext + 5x20 squats, 4x12 squats + lying leg curls, 3x20 standing calf raises + 3x15 side leg raises, 3x1 min plank + 2x20 knee/hip raises on par bar + 50 crunches + 30 seated leg tucks + 100 stick twists + 3x10x10x10 ball squeezes, stretching.
