So for some unknown reason if I don’t begin my workout routine on this app from my home it won’t work by the time I get to the gym. I left my house, and by the time I got in the parking lot I realized I did not start the routine. So I wasn’t able to follow along my plan and had to make it up as I went. I pretty much have this day memorized but I love tracking my weights and trying to beat my previous week. Did some new workouts just for the hell of it.
