05/29/2020 - Got a good arm session in today. Started with cable pushdowns and preacher curls with an Olympic bar for 3 working sets. Moved to overhead cable extensions and banded barbell curls for 4 sets each. Finished triceps with 4 sets of close grip bench and for biceps, I modified a 3 part curl to a 4 part curl and another 4 sets. That curl was alternating crossbody palms up, the alternating crossbody palms down, followed by 2 handed hammer curls fi ally transitioning into a standard 2 handed dumbbell curl. Thats 1 rep. Food pump today.
