Legs Day ... The short stack! Got a decent pump ... Still trying to build that outer quad sweep! Calves and hams look pretty good ... Still need some size. This is my quick legs workout! After some warm ups ... ➡️I did 3 sets of deadlifts at 225x12, and 2x245x10; then onto front squats: 115x8 (I should have started out lighter), 2x95x12; then duck walks 3x25x10 (I usually do 20 ... But my foot ... Pain across the top ... wasn't having it!), Then weighted hip thrusters 3x135x12 and lastly, standing calf raises 3x90x12. On the deads ... Trying to inch my way up to 315! Today's shirt came from @lifttherapy ... A portion of proceeds go to Veteran's causes here in the U.S. My buddy Jamaal is cool .... A new line up is coming soon ... Get yours today! (THIS shirt makes me look bigger than I really am! 😜) No 100 Squats with a Hex Bar PLUS 10lbs (it weighs 50lbs/22kg ... Now 60lbs/26kg). Day7 will happen tomorrow! ... All for the quest of summer quads! ➡️I did a set of 22s for our Vets and those who suffer from depression. People ... Please follow the rules ... All the time!😷 Now GET YOUR COVID SHOT💉(I did!) ... GO WASH YOUR HANDS! 🧽🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️ Still WEAR YOUR MASK! (Even after getting the shot) 😷😷😷 DON'T BE STUPID.... CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF ... And for Pete's sake ... Got my workout in tonight! Two out of three days this week! Workout: 3x15 Plank Jacks, 3x15 low jumping jacks, 3x15 plank knee to elbow, 3x15 Scapula Push-ups, 3x10 Alligator rolls, 3x10 squat & side jumps, 3x12 reverse crunches, 3x12 plank knees to elbow, 3x12 star abs, and I bypassed the 15 min walk at the end. #onebeardoneman #onebeardonemancalisthenics
