Killed it !!!! Aimed for 16 flat by the end of October, Iam now sitting at 15.9% baby 💪💪💪💪 may have lost a lb of muscle , but I will rise and Adapt and over come 🤙 Iam the master of my flesh , I command you and you must obey!
