Yesterday was my first actual home workout...didnt log because it would be just too much. Ran/walked 1.68 mile in my subdivsion and surrounding parking lot area of my closed library. Then came home did a short 8-minute circuit of abs, glutes, biceps, lats, and abductors. Used ankle weights and bands. I tell you its going to be a long 2-months more of no gym! 😣😤😫. Wish they would come up with something to allow people in because if I contiune to get charged its going to be a problem for real!

Well, ive finally lost my mind. And all it took was locking me away alone without the gym. And for people to price gouge for weights. There are alot of good people out there, but they arent the ones selling rusted weights for 5 bucks a pound and calling them vintage. **** sucker.

I have to hand it to you all who work from home ... I'm exhausted by the end of my day ... Then do a workout?! I kept it simple: 200 jumps, done in five sets of 40, with 5 burpees after each set. I made it through these ... Right calf felt good. Then I tried to do pull-ups ... Got six out in poor form (I have gotten weak ... And the new Power Tower was a little wobbly) And I did my 22s for our Vets and those who suffer from depression. Don't forget to WASH YOUR HANDS! 🧽🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️ And for Pete's sake ... STAY SAFE! Do a set for the cause, would ya?! It's a good thing!
