Hardest workout ive ever had to do. Not physically but emotionally. Yesterday my wife and I said good bye to our fur child of 11 years. Out of nowhere ahe took a turn for the worse. 💔💔💔😭😭😭🐶😇 I may be on and off here fitfam. Keep up the work.
