Odd question. I'm starting to incorporate more barbell work (getting away from some dumbbells) and I noticed that I can do more weight on the decline chest press then a bench press. Is that normal?

Really felt the delts and triceps by the end of this morning’s workout after pre-fatiguing them with a 6 min plank. Phew!!! :)
