You really just do not relise just how much you need your core and hips for everything. Starting pt this week so got released for upper body. No stability without the hip😔. Needed assistance with everything😡. Reminding myself that healing takes time and it has only been a week. 3 weeks before the trip is plenty of time as long as I listen to my body and take it slow stretch, walk, drills Bench press (5×5) 100# Seated overhead press (5×5) 50# Close grip press (4×10,8,5,5) 30# Front raise (3×10) 12# Chest fly (3×10) 20#

Slept 2 hours this morning. I think I have gotten 10 hours in the past 5 days. No I don't plan to lift today. I have hit an exhaustion limit.
