This morning's office workout for arms and obliques: put one band on the bottom drawer handle of the filing cabinet performing one-arm curls supinated grip, Hammer-grip, and pronated grip. Then have one band on the top drawer handle for triceps doing pronated grip pressdowns, supinated grip pressdowns, and overhead tricep extensions. Next put band on coat hanger and do band side bends. All band exercises One-arm curls heavy resistance 4x15 Superset with One-arm pressdowns medium resistance 4x20 One-arm Hammer curls medium resistance 4x20 Superset with One-arm reverse-grip tricep extensions heavy resistance 4x15 One-arm reverse-grip curls medium resistance 4x20 Superset with One-arm overhead tricep extensions heavy resistance 4x15 Side bends Heavy resistance 3x20 12:10am - 1:08am
