Happy TerrificTuesday!!! The thought for today is that we should live in the present not the past. The past is supposed to teach us lessons for the future not hold us as prisoners. The workout today was 50 minutes on the glider and then a full body band workout. More lifting and stuff around the house on tap for the afternoon. Feels like I’m doing two a days. Fortunately I was able to sneak in for a massage.
