so far so good, i think i may turn the web cam back on and do some more bodyweight exercises and then in a couple hours do the squat every day program, making video logs is a good way to stay accountable, and just to make sure i stay on track i will give myself a time limit

i'm having a rough night, i am feeling very agitated for some reason, well i am sick and tired of being sick and tired so i am gonna turn on my web cam and record myself doing some bodyweight exercises such as pushups and squats, after that i am going to see if i can go down to the basement and set up my camera so that i can video record myself doing the squats and deadlifts, and i might do some skipping too...................................hopefully after that i will feel better.....
