Arthritis sucks!! I already have Osteoarthritis, but since my feet have hurt and has been swollen since Friday, I am now being checked for RA. I started prednisone yesterday and this morning after my 2nd dose I felt good enough to start my new program, Les Mills Combat. It was just an intro to teach you moves but it was 30min and got my heart rate pumping....it's a start! And of course, I had my biggest fan encouraging me❤🐕 Have a great day 🙂
