Workout wouldnt post- shoulders and traps! Had my "superset bling" and knocked out a killer shoulder day! Those tabata sets at the end set my shoulders on fiyah! 🔥 Its amazing how adding a couple new songs to your playlist can make your workout better! 🎶 Got a walk in before the rain. 🌧 So it's really been a good day! Hope you all have a splendiferous day fam! 💕
