Reboot, part two, early evening, Wednesday: 300 reps over 15 sets leg press at 657 pounds. 50 reps over 3 sets 707 pounds, total 232,450 pounds. Followed by 60 reps low pulley ankle clad kickbacks per leg at 50 pounds then 40 reps at 60 pounds per leg. Then a quick 150 reps per leg ham curls on my Cybex kneeling ham curl machine. Leg day ends with 100 bodyweight sissy squats on sissy bench. Total legs not including sissy squats 256,750 pounds. Done.
