For dinner chicken thigh sandwich just hamburger bun ,butter, and hot sauce. Im doing my best to just get in protein, fats, and carbs. I feel like today is a win kept my water consumption down for today. Stopped drinking water at 5 pm. See how this plays for my continued weight loss.
