🎶❤I Prevail- Bow Down🎶 / Memory Of Melody' - Things that make you scream🎵❤ I am lucky my sister in law Amanda (In canada) And my Aunt Ruth (In the USA) are working to get me some headbands from their friends who are making them out here for free of charge. Than finally my mask can be buttoned to that and away from my sore ears. Than a girl I went to college with is going to ask her dad if he has any surgical or n95s at the farm for me🥰. My cousins have also fixed her car for her too:p

This morning I worked out my traps and chest. The workout was pretty good with my main pressing movements using a weighted machine instead of the barbell. On dumbbells flyes I did high rep sets with pauses. In the afternoon I took my kids on a bike ride off road to enjoy the weather.

Right arm seems to be waking up a little bit. Long way to go...about 3 inches to get back to normal, mainly in the tricep, but glad to see some improvement.

Vids on IG.....Flat dumbell bench press...105, 95, 85, 75, 65, 55 and 45 lbs dumbell...15 lbs right hand. Not feeling all that strong today...105 lbs dumbell felt super heavy and I had a hard time getting 8 reps. Some days ya just don't have it......Incline dumbell bench press...a few sets with 85 lbs db...15 lbs right hand. Laterals with 50, 45 and 35 lbs db/kb. Last set I used 2 kettlebells to add up to the right(ish) weight...came out to 53 lbs...close enough. Lying tricep extensions...going a little heavier now...50 lbs, 45 lbs, 35 lbs and 25 lbs. 15 lbs right hand. Once upon a time I would do these with 70 lbs dumbells for sets of 6. We'll see if I can get back there...
