Short & sweet power circuit today 💦 4 rounds of sled push, ball slams, ropes & rower. Was a slow start because I was sore from yesterday, but I’m feeling much better now that I got moving🏃🏻‍♀️ Now to spend the rest of the day cuddling my son who’s 🤢. We’ll be making use of the Disney+ subscription today!
