Some of you might recall my post a while back about “the gap.” To sum up, there always comes a point in a race when the serious runners pull ahead, and those that really are not serious fall behind. It creates a gap, and I always picked up my pace to stay out of it. Today, I am going through my BodySpace friends, and I am noticing another gap. On the last page, I have old friends who have been crushing it beside me since my beginning (I am looking at you, LeAnn!), and on my first page, I have new friends crushing it. In the middle, however, I have people I do not even remember. The gap is where the mediocre fall away. Don’t slow your pace! As Stallone says, keep punching!
