Those of you who are planning your daily workouts & meal choices, then are taking action, enjoy your series of successes. Remember that one is perfect. So hopefully you are also learning from days that you stumble. Either way share with us how you day(s) went. We will support you! UPDATES: -TUESDAY- 5/25 Upper Body strength training was done at home. All usual exercises, except did Dips for Triceps. -WEDNESDAY- Cardio Day. We are located in the outter bands of hurricane Ian. So did a 5-25 on our home Stationary bike. Scored 90% of my peak Heart Rate for my age on Set 3, 4, and 5!

Combined a shoulder workout with cardio by hitting a few minutes on the rower between sets, increasing tension each time.
