#transformationtuesday. The night before my first contest and 2 days before my most recent and final of 2019. A lot of change and more to come. Like I said yesterday, it's only ok to look back to see how far you've come. I remember the night of my first contest, the nerves, the smell of tan, the anxiety, going over my routine in my head over and over. Here we are today, multiple contests later and I still love every part of this. Everything happens for a reason and I am blessed to be where I am today. 🙏🙏💯💪 . . I know it’s a lot of carbs and protein but I am a specialist in sports nutrition and I know everyone works different that’s why there’s so many diets today yes they work but not for everyone. Everybody is different and I worked out today and had way more energy and felt better than any other day. My body works great when fueled by carbs
