6:30am session with my trainer. She was evil. Devil Press, Slam Ball chest throw, Burpees over barbell, thrusters with barbell. All 10 reps. 4 cycles through. Had a massive feed, then smashed out some shoulders. One part of my body I am really happy with.

Man this year has been a rollercoster was doing well at the beginning of the year got a gym membership at anytime was going two - three times a week was seeing progress. Then everything shut dow with the virus and was lockdown for three months and now getting myself back into the routine with some at home dumbbell workouts and man once you fall off its hard to get back on. But trying to make myself look and feel better. Trying to be cosplay ready for next year con season.
