Whats good fit fam. Happy Flex Friday! I am coming in late with this post. Its been a very productive day. Focused on biceps, back, and abs. Felt like I injured right side of lower back during workout. I decided to end with some yoga. Back is feeling better already. Hope everyone had a wonderful day. Stay safe, blessed, and motivated. This was from last week. It seems like the only 2 exercises that I do that count for traps are shrugs and upright row. I moght have to pick a few new ones to add in.
