Hi guys, just a check in to say I am still here. Hope you all are having a good 2022 so far. We've finally relocated to Upington a wk ago, so lots of unpacking etc. Temperature average about 38 deg C daily, dogs are taking it well though. My gym is still piled up in a heap, but I am getting more than enough cardio, keeping the weight down to 71 kg. So I will be back in a bit, until then keep up the good work 😀👍
