Saturday’s fine day, in all areas, rehersal at The Cathedral here in Jacksonville FL for my Confirmation tomorrow. My Sponsor a die Hard Notre Dame grad, Navy fighter pilot and just one great 83 year old man. Then resumed training after an arduous week moving then reassembling my gym and “it ain’t done yet.” Thank God for socket wrenches! First farmer’s walk then overhead carry then ez bar, 3 sets of reverse grip 21’s alternating 3 sets ez bar underhand grip 21’s all 60# bar and plates. Last set reverse grips to failure. Reverse grip curls are not popular, but any size my biceps have - at 73 - attributable to reverse grip curls. Overhead carry bar and plates 55#, 400 feet approxmately, maybe 5 snatch and presses along the way.
