ok FitFam, the Cromag has a question. My current workout plan, from this here site is Cory Gregory's Get Swole. It is totally uninspiring to me. Each week I am gaining strength and/or reps and feel good after doing the workouts but I barely break a sweat and feel I can go so much longer and harder. So, am I under-training? Has anyone seen success with this program? I really like Shortcut to size with a few modifications so I am thinking of switching back to that. Any thoughts?
