A fun session today did what i fancied !! Hit 110kg/242lb squats, cable row 61kg/134lb, butterfly 73kg/160lb and barbell row 65kg/143lb everything usual numbers. Will be looking to increase those over the next few months!! Now an afternoon of typing up notes!! Poop... Minxy 😈🇬🇧🐾
