This one was difficult only from the stanpoint that I was not really in the mood to workout but knew it was needed. Once got going it felt great. The 97*+ heat in the garage was not helpful but enogh water before and during made it possible. Also my workout partner (middle daughter) was late to the party, but she was meal prepping for her work week so understandable. Really gave some perspective on how much a workout buddy helps to get more out of a workout though. Hope your week is starting well or getting ready to. See you all tomorrow.
