Only in the last few reps can you see the inner strength of a person. That hard stare into the mirror, seeing yourself looking right back. My competition, my biggest concern, and also at times my biggest enemy. The weight doesn't care if you lift it or you don't. Neither does the person standing at the next bench. Only that person looking me dead in the eyes in my reflection. I got YOU. Beast or *****, baby! 💯💪
