Happy MuscleMonday!!! The thought for the day is that not all dreamers are winners. But all winners are dreamers who have believed in something bigger and pursued their dreams. The workout today was Active Recovery even though my body felt great after the intense weekend workouts over the weekend. I kept to the plan and let my body rest. Have a great week 😃

Monday Push day. Few more days before my surgery Wed Oct 5th on my bicepts tendon. Just hoping it works this time this arm is teally startimg to get in yhe way of my goals. I’m playing I know we musy take care of our bodys 1st. Its just super frustrating so this time we’re gonna do the stem cell really cool the bone marrow from my hip injected into the bicep tendon. Fungers crossed it works this time as the Plasma injextion didnt work. Will be in a brace for 12 weeks so we shal see how this goes. Legs /core will def be on point lol. Have a great day FitFam ! 🦍
