Feeling better with the gym being back up and running. Strength is getting back to where i was before closing. First attempt at a poke bowl today. Nice addition to the eating routine.

Tuesday with the trainer. Chest, core and hamstrings. Bench Press with skater lunge and one arm deadlift, incline press with weighted plank, leverage row with hyperextensions, finished with skull crushers to close grip bench with crunches. Post-gym meal of Steak with herb butter and french fries... and a French red for Bastille Day! Well earned recovery day tomorrow!

Feeling discouraged, this 360 I can shake, it doesn't matter if I'm working out and eating super healthy or doing nothing, it just sits there and hasn't moved in over a month, it's driving me crazy.

only I would wear my gym leggings inside out for the entirety of my workout - not once... but twice this week🤡 still managed to smash my workout tho🔥 did hipthrusts for the 3rd time in 5 days. I deffo have a love/hate relationship with hipthrusts- my favvvv ever exercise but it’s a killa💀
