Finished original workout and did another one of nothing but rows. Regular grip, wide grip, narrow, reverse grip. Etc etc. Finished off workout with 200 crunches. No cardio. Tweaked my knee somehow. Either icy hot or some ice on it when I get home. Until next time, Build on!

6 months in im up to 10 stone 10lbs the gains are now slowing down. Time to revamp the routine. Going to include a lot more legs and hope the mass keeps building
