Due to a family emergancy ive got to fly back to England today, possibly for up to two weeks, no gym while im there, ill try to keep nutrition as good as possible but I wont be able to monitor my calorie intake overly well

Hey Fit beasts and foxes. Day 4? Ugh. What a set back. I thought my diet was crappy at Thanksgiving. It’s just seems to have slid even more since Friday. I’m on peanut butter and rice cakes only because I haven’t the energy to stand for longer than 15 minutes that includes walking I do have chicken in the fridge but it’s just you know how it goes just no appetite, and I’m only eating but I am because I know I need to get something in. This sucks the big one. I am also having protein shakes as well. I’m ready for a nap again. Doctors office after two today and hopefully can give me something a little stronger.

First day of my new program. But what sucks is explaining to the kids on Halloween, that I can't give them candy, because I would be too tempted to eat it if I bought some. Oh wait I will just buy black licorice and give that out
