Bit of a schmozzle with both the workouts and the posting yesterday! Up early for online group ride on Zwift, but in half an hour of cycling the program crashed about 6 times. Meh! Did a fast 36km up to Pie in the Sky and back, then another half hour cooldown on the trainer. Total about 2hrs and 56km from about 6-8am. Go me!!🥳 Stuff the rest!😝
