MEASUSREMENTS: In the last 15 days, I’ve lost an inch off my waist, 3/4 of an inch off my chest, a little over 1/2 inch off my thighs, 1/5 of an inch off my calves, hips and biceps were unchanged, and over the last month I gained 1/4 inch on my neck (accidentally skipped that measurement last time).
