I finally did a little bit of weight training today after i did some cardio. I do not trust getting back to the gym at this point so i will try to do some training ar home and will probably do mostly cardio with some lighter weight training . I have about 350 # with an olympic set at home and another150# in assorted dumbbells so i will try to just get calories burned and not try to do as much as i can when i get to the gym ! My lastbleg workout at the gym i got up to 1200# with my leg press but that was back in march but at least i will be burning some calories! I hVe tried to be active since march by keeping active at home with yard work etc and i did take about 10 weeks working with the censusNow it is time to get back to my exercise . I did buy a ez curl bar to help with some of my bicep and tricep work !

It is so worth going out here & running 🏃🏻‍♀️. It’s actually relaxing to me. It’s a lot of things to me in so many ways & It’s one of the best feeling afterwards when you complete it.
