Well, a month and half after surgery and have dropped from 188 to 162. Lost muscle mass, but got cleared today to resume normal activity, so i can get back to the gym. For at least a month. Go back on July 4 to get put bacl together and will be good to go after 6 weeks. Bright side, ill be cut and the muscle definiton will show quicker. Ha😉. Have a great week yall.
