Sorry i havent been posting much but ive cut down my friend list so much. All my friends are pretty self sufficient. They work hard, they eat right, and they have or are seeing results. They dont really need fitness advice. And im doing well and found my rhythm as well. So i check in when i can but i think ive written everything i can about fitness after 5 years

Had a nice 4 day weekend. Enjoyed Veterans Day!!! Thank you to everyone that supports us vets. I know I don't go looking for praise but it feels good to have the support that everyone shows. Thank you so very much. Now on to chest and back today and hope everyone has a great week and goes out there and kicks some serious butt. Be awesome FIT FAM. Took Veterans day off and visted a few VA Hospitals , it was fun to listen to the WWII Vets , sad how lonely they are Been steady in the gym , but definitely not pushing it No excuses , but be sensible too
