First gym WO in over a month while traveling from Tokyo to look for a new place in Okinawa where I’ll move to End-Feb. and telework 100%. OMG that WO just now made it clear how much strength I’ve lost and how far I’ve run my bod into the ground. But, everything gonna be real good; comeback kid.
