Felt like I hadn’t ran in forever. Took a few days off to work out some knots that were limiting my mobility. They’re still there, but moving is the only thing that’s gonna loosen everything up, enough recovering, it’s time to WORK(WERK)!!! Arms with added abs after each compound set of arms or shoulders. Abs- (3 sets of each) 1 min hollow hold, 20-25 v-ups, 10-40lb rollouts, 10 hanging leg lifts. I’ll be paying for #this workout later in my shoulder- although i did have it popped back in about 30 min before the workout.
