Total today, my mental adjustment day, reps 1075, 187,100#. With a home gym, not a big deal training around breaks, munching almonds, slurping water, inhaling coffee, etc. my return on investment over the 9-10 years piece by piece “making a gym” is incalculable. The farmers bars and sled are my centerpieces. Next: Ordered from Samson Equipment in New Mexico a sitting calf press and sitting preacher bench. Those two plus the second cable crossover (with adjustible pulleys, my current one only high and low pulley) and from Cybex my second leg press that unlike any other, hits the hams on a scale of 1-10, make that a 15. These 4 mark the completion of my gym. Upon my demise, making sure all stays intact and to a charitable gym focusing on the underserved. In my will stated exact positioning of my American Flags. But, relax, not planning to exit any time soon. I turn 73 on 9/11 and most of my friends are “gone.” RIP my friends.

Happy 4th, fit fam. So many weiners are gonna be in my mouth tod... i mean...wait.... I'm gonna have a lot of hot dogs...wait....never mind.
