Even when life gets busy, still train wherever a gym is available to maintain the strength, the flexibility and maintain the weight. life does get in the way but an excuse should never be the reason to stop working out. Spent some time in the gym after a new position away out of town in another state. While everyone is out drinking from a long training during the week I still workout training lifting weights on my upper body strength and some flexibility and some cardio also some martial art workout routines.
