Evening peeps...ended up doing back n delts today oops!! Never mind , was a lovely sesh except for the cardio ! Its on a mezzanine so was very humid lol. I was drenched afterwards. The Arc cross trainer dont take prisoners!! Plus point my legs are looking excellent at last. First of the very low carb days starting tom 100g 🤣😱 ill be going Gremiln i think ? Phoenix 😈🇬🇧🐾
