Dumbbell Chest/Trap Workout At Home | 30 Days to Build Pecs, Delts & Trap Muscles Dumbbells Only! - Today is Day 20 of the 30 Days to Build Pecs, Delts & Trap Muscles Dumbbells Only Program! Only a pair of dumbbells is needed for this entire program. The workout of the day targets the chest & traps. This is the next level of intensity and the intervals are now set up as 60 seconds high intensity followed by 10 seconds rest and repeated for an 11 minute circuit. Finally over my 9 straight days working. It’s obviously been stressful/busy within our grocery store these past 2 months give or take but a couple huge bonuses is the the higher ups have realized it and paid us for our hard work and thanks to the customers putting stuff like toilet paper, paper towels etc I’ve been getting tons of bodyweight/air squats in!!
