Well....not only is my elbow not better but now I'm pretty sure I tore something in the front part of my shoulder 😣😭 I heard a double kinda popping noise, followed by instant weakness, followed by pain 😣....plus one of my knees has been giving me fits for a couple months 🥺.....guess it's time to break down and go see an ortho doc 😭.... and dammit......this definitely does not help my mental issues I've been having lately 🥺🥺🥺
