So, i have been MIA for a little while, started my workout routine again today. Between taking two weeks off to drive out west with the family, small medical procedure and a few other projects i have lost touch with the grind and have a new starting weight of 269.9 pounds to work in. So, as i resume my journey here, i want to thank each and everyone of you my fit fam and friends for being here. Each of you inspire me to continue in the face of adversity and to learn and grow each day. Thank, from the bottom of my heart.
