when i was around 6/7 years old i was introduced to football. i FELL IN LOVE with this sport and EVERYTHING that came with, including the workouts the running, push ups, up-downs, bear crawls, everything. i played football 10 years along with other sports to "keep me in shape for football" i wrestled and ran track (100meters dash and pole vault). 2 weeks after i graduated high school i was in the united states air force basic military training (boot camp). from this point on is where i realized how much i NEEDED working out. Working out was my therapy my escape, a place i call "mine". 3 tours to war zones and many life obstacles and im still here... FIRST I THANK THE LORD, SECOND I THANK THE PERSON WHO INTRODUCED ME TO FOOTBALL!
